I had a great experience at the hotel with its impeccable service and delicious dining options. The staff was attentive during our holiday party, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. However, the inconvenience of not being able to decorate the venue until the last minute was a bit frustrating. Additionally, while the hotel staff was very accommodating, a few small hiccups in room access made the arrival experience less than perfect.
